Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Process order entries, verify order status, and manage return orders through a multichannel system
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and participate in continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of full-cycle order entry experience in a highly complex environment strongly preferred
