A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Process order entries, verify order status, and manage return orders through a multichannel system
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and participate in continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Call Center experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of full-cycle order entry experience in a highly complex environment strongly preferred
