Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to collect and confirm transfer details and resolve inquiries
- Coordinate and book transfers, ensuring timely and accurate service while monitoring schedules for potential issues
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with Sales and Guest Experience teams to ensure seamless operations
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, transportation coordination, logistics, or customer service
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn booking/scheduling systems
- Proactive mindset with a focus on improving team performance and customer outcomes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
