A company is looking for a Benefits Customer Service Representative-Virtual/Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and respond to plan participants with compassion via phone, email, and instant messaging
  • Customize service approaches to accommodate various communication styles while maintaining professionalism
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws, and maintain accurate call and case notes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows simultaneously
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Must reside within a 2-hour radius of Buffalo, NY
