Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of client servicing and advocate for clients to improve service and revenue
- Manage complex client programs and mentor team members while ensuring operational issues are resolved
- Serve as a central point of contact for clients, providing updates and facilitating communication with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience in client relationship or servicing within the financial services industry
- Experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer success
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Project Management experience preferred
