Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Executive IV, responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall servicing relationship for assigned clients and coordinate with internal and external leadership
- Strengthen strategic client relationships by addressing program needs and ensuring day-to-day service requests are met
- Serve as a central point of contact for client initiatives and provide updates to senior leadership and client executives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Seven years of experience in client relationship or servicing within the financial services industry
- Experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer success
- Project Management experience preferred
