Key Responsibilities

• Leverage ServiceNow to automate processes
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications supporting key Aeronautics Sustainment Organization
• Develop code that interacts with relational databases (e.g., SQLServer, Oracle)

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
• 5 years of experience in Customer Service Management (CSM)
• 5 years of experience in REST API development
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Glide JavaScript Framework
• Experience with scoped application development and flow designer
