Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of ServiceNow Development experience
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Automation Engine
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting and workflows
• Solid understanding of ITIL best practices
