Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance ServiceNow applications, including ITSM and HRSD
- Lead customer kickoff calls and requirements sessions, documenting detailed requirements
- Collaborate with System Administrators on platform upgrades and provide technical assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow solutions in client environments
- ServiceNow ITSM Certification and additional certifications in Data Foundations, CSDM, and HRSD
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance
- Experience with end-to-end implementations of ITSM
