ServiceNow Nuvolo Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Nuvolo Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and support of Nuvolo modules on the ServiceNow platform for government clients
• Translate federal agency facilities and asset management requirements into functional solutions using Nuvolo
• Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and ensure platform security, stability, and performance

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred)
• ServiceNow Application Developer and/or Implementation Specialist Certification
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification
• Completed Nuvolo training with at least one implementation experience
• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience, including two (2) years of direct development experience with ServiceNow
