Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to provide guidance and develop solutions for customers' ServiceNow environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on development assistance, including form configuration, workflow administration, and custom scripting
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and draft user stories with acceptance criteria
- Lead technical implementation teams and conduct training sessions for customers
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
- 3+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist certification in two or more application areas required
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects effectively
