Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications and solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow in a technical role
• Strong development experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
• Proficiency in scripting languages used in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide, etc.)
• Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
