Siebel Engineer Lead Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Siebel Engineer Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Siebel-based Claims applications, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Lead production release activities, including code deployment and stakeholder communication
• Design, develop, and test software applications following SDLC standards and Agile practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of strong experience in software engineering and support
• Proficiency in Siebel platform and related technologies
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to mentor junior team members and guide offshore development teams
