Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager - QE Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the test automation strategy across internal Lead Platform applications
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of QA engineers towards shared goals and high-impact execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define testable requirements and ensure quality in every phase of development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software QA or test engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch in dynamic environments
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript automation tools
• Deep understanding of API testing (REST and GraphQL)
• Experience working in Agile environments with a strong grasp of SDLC and continuous delivery
