Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Solution Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process, offering expertise on workflows, integration options, and APIs
• Partner with customers during early-stage implementations to ensure successful configuration and launch of the platform
• Identify opportunities for upsell and provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Implementation roles, preferably in enterprise SaaS or compliance tech
• Comfortable with REST APIs, JSON, system architecture diagrams, and third-party integrations
• Experience supporting post-sale implementations or onboarding efforts
• Strong process-oriented thinking with the ability to map customer processes to product functionality
• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced startup environment
