Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Team to articulate the value proposition and strategy to customers
• Technically close complex opportunities and provide tailored demonstrations based on customer needs
• Act as a central point of contact for the sales team regarding product requirements and customer engagement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a software company
• 2+ years of experience in the legal industry
• Previous experience using Docketwise preferred
• Ability to autonomously manage ambiguous situations
• Willingness to develop technical skills outside of normal working hours
