Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical, workflow-driven product demos
- Customize demo environments to reflect each prospect's unique DME/HME needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert on DME/HME operations and industry-specific challenges
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a DME/HME organization or 2+ years in a pre-sales SaaS role
- Deep understanding of DME workflows, including HCPCS coding and payer compliance
- Comfort configuring demo environments and translating business needs into software workflows
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
