Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer to join their growing Partner Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and support for vendors and educational agencies, ensuring accurate data flows and configuration
• Evaluate partner requirements and design scalable solutions to facilitate integration and overcome challenges
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials to promote self-service and support integration efforts

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in solutions engineering or technical onboarding within SaaS or EdTech environments
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, data transformation, and SSO protocols
• Experience mapping data models to educational standards like Ed-Fi or OneRoster
• Proficiency with tools such as Postman and at least one scripting language
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
