Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Partner Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Total Leave digital capabilities and serve as the primary contact for complex questions related to STD, Leave, PFL, and ADA
- Handle complex claims and leave inquiries from clients, ensuring timely execution of action plans and issue escalation
- Provide subject matter expertise to educate clients on Total Leave products and workflows, while fostering continuous improvement
Required Qualifications and Education
- Proficient in Solutions and product portfolio
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience recommended
- Strong technical claims/leave experience
- Knowledge of STD and FMLA, with the ability to quickly learn ADA and PFL
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and collaboration
