Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telehealth Central Support CMA to provide remote patient care support for clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operation of contracted telehealth clinical services between patients and providers
- Collaborate with administrative, technical, and clinical staff to promote coordinated resource use across multiple specialties
- Develop strong relationships between institutions to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of virtual care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited medical assistant program with six months of CMA/RMA experience
- Certification as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or equivalent
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved organization
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the job
