A company is looking for a Spending Accounts Customer Service Specialist to provide customer support and services related to Spending Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Adjudicate and process claims according to client, IRS, and corporate standards
- Manage weekly client reimbursements and process manual claim submissions
- Communicate with clients regarding their Spending accounts and handle related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate/GED required; Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of professional work experience in customer service
- Experience in benefits management or reimbursement processing preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
