Key Responsibilities
  • Adjudicate and process claims according to client, IRS, and corporate standards
  • Manage weekly client reimbursements and process manual claim submissions
  • Communicate with clients regarding their Spending accounts and handle related inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate/GED required; Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of professional work experience in customer service
  • Experience in benefits management or reimbursement processing preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
