SQL Database Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SQL Database Administrator II.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SQL Server administration and manage migration and upgrade projects for SQL Server databases
• Manage SQL Server databases across various lifecycle environments and participate in database code reviews
• Develop automation solutions for DBA tasks and monitor database performance, availability, and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
• 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a related role
• 3 years of experience with SQL Server Always On and Failover clusters
• 3 years of experience using T-SQL and PowerShell for automation
• 3 years of experience developing solutions with PowerBI, SSRS, and SSIS
