Staff Business Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Business Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support solution roadmaps for Commercial, Clinical, and Quality organizations
• Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, IT, and external vendors
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures while managing project intake and prioritization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CFR 11
• Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and experience managing vendor relationships
