Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Business Solutions Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support solution roadmaps for Commercial, Clinical, and Quality organizations
- Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, IT, and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures while managing project intake and prioritization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CFR 11
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and experience managing vendor relationships
