A company is looking for a Director, Retention Statewide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure enrollment growth for Medicaid and Child Health Plus
- Oversee and collaborate with teams to achieve specific retention and marketing goals
- Lead statewide call campaigns and represent the organization at various meetings focusing on retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required; MA/MS in a Health Care related field preferred
- 10 years of management experience, preferably in a marketing field
- Experience in a heavily regulated environment with compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
