• Lead the development and execution of the Small Business Property & Casualty (P&C) strategy to drive growth
• Collaborate with regional leaders and executive management to enhance operational efficiency and align key initiatives
• Provide leadership and mentorship to regional service teams, focusing on performance management and team development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, operations, or a related field
• 10-15 years of related experience in P&C administration with a strong history of client service
• Experience leading and implementing new P&C processes with measurable performance goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• P&C broker's license required
