A company is looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager to source, recruit, develop, and manage alliances in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute regional alliances strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing
- Research and recruit new partners aligned with global strategy
- Manage relationships with existing partners and conduct quarterly business reviews
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner sales or alliances development in a SaaS environment
- B2B partnerships experience in the HCM industry and marketplaces
- Commercially savvy with a self-motivated, results-focused attitude
- Ability to present to new partners and at senior leadership level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
