Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely information and problem resolution to students via various communication channels
- Ensure compliance with federal student privacy laws and maintain confidentiality of student accounts
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer concerns and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in an educational setting
- Understanding of federal educational funding options and military educational funding sources
