Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supplemental Health Product Manager for product management and development in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on Supplemental Health products, conveying information to diverse audiences
- Lead product marketing efforts, including the development and positioning of the Supplemental Health value proposition
- Collaborate on product development, assessing market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the voluntary, worksite, or insurance industry
- Experience and product knowledge in Voluntary/Supplemental Health (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity)
- Experience leading cross-functional project management initiatives
- Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification
- Understanding of the Supplemental Health/Voluntary regulatory environment is preferred
