A company is looking for a Supply Program Manager, Enablement & Effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enablement programs to improve GTM effectiveness and address sales execution challenges
- Partner with sales leadership to translate team needs into actionable enablement strategies and content
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies impacting sales performance
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, sales operations, business operations, or enablement, preferably in SaaS
- Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Experience in optimizing processes
- Knowledge of AI tools for sales enablement or willingness to learn
