Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tax Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete filings, reports, and reconciliations of surplus lines taxes in all states
- Maintain knowledge of surplus lines tax regulations and assist with compliance research
- Provide customer service and document all correspondence with clients and state agencies
Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of filing experience or 3+ years of accounting, compliance, or insurance-related experience
- Surplus lines knowledge is a plus
- Intermediate skills in Excel or other spreadsheet software
- Self-directed and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
