Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the revenue cycle management process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full revenue cycle, including verification of benefits, claim submission, and payment posting
• Develop and scale standardized billing workflows and procedures as the organization grows
• Manage and grow the in-house billing team while collaborating with clinical and operations teams for accurate documentation and billing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare operations
• Direct experience working with Candid for revenue cycle management strongly preferred
• Strong managerial skills with a proven track record of leading a billing team
• In-depth knowledge of medical coding, billing, and reimbursement regulations
