Systems Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst II - Encounters.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to elicit business concerns and develop solutions
• Translate business needs into clear agile stories and features while serving as a liaison between technical teams and users
• Perform root cause analysis and assist in planning activities and the development of business case documents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Two years of experience in requirements management
• Experience in an Agile environment and familiarity with EDI files, state companion guides, and field mapping
• Preferred experience with enterprise systems such as Facets, CCA, SAP, or CRMs
• Familiarity with the healthcare environment (Medicaid/Medicare) is preferred
