Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Configuration Testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities related to testing of medical benefits, provider reimbursement, and claims workflow
- Guide onboarding, training, and development of staff while prioritizing work and managing resources
- Track issues, provide solutions, and ensure compliance with ticket controls and project updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of three years of health plan business or systems solutions experience
- Exposure to Facets or equivalent system is preferred
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is preferred
