Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of smart factory solutions using IoT, AI/ML, and cloud platforms
- Define outcome-based solutions tied to measurable business outcomes and build ROI models
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and conduct workshops to shape client roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in pre-sales or solution architecture roles
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation deals ($10M+)
- Deep understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart factory ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management skills
