A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recurring client business review sessions to ensure service delivery meets contractual outcomes
- Manage multiple technical engagements from inception to completion, including client escalations and satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project performance and address client concerns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical role and customer-facing project delivery leadership
- Certification in Security (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM) is required
- Demonstrated understanding of Information Security and Cyber Operations functional areas
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and virtualization/containerization
