Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct recurring client business review sessions to ensure service delivery meets contractual outcomes
  • Manage multiple technical engagements from inception to completion, including client escalations and satisfaction metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project performance and address client concerns
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical role and customer-facing project delivery leadership
  • Certification in Security (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM) is required
  • Demonstrated understanding of Information Security and Cyber Operations functional areas
  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and virtualization/containerization
