Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of enterprise-level software systems in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between functional teams and vendors to ensure software solutions meet business and operational needs
• Lead requirements elicitation sessions and translate operational workflows into user stories and functional specifications
• Support software testing efforts and facilitate Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning and backlog grooming

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in the energy or utility sectors
• 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst if minimal educational requirements are not met
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise software implementations and building process and data flow mapping
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and analyzing structured data from enterprise data sources
