Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday E2E Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect modules in the Workday system while ensuring compliance with standards and best practices
- Manage and consult with functional teams to incorporate requirements and processes within the Workday system
- Provide technical support and oversee the configuration moves, batch jobs, and reports to maintain system continuity
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
- At least 2 years of experience configuring HR applications, with Workday experience being a plus
- Experience implementing large-scale transformation projects in HR
- Understanding of project estimation methodologies
- Ability to organize and plan implementations effectively
