Workday E2E Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday E2E Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect modules in the Workday system while ensuring compliance with standards and best practices
• Manage and consult with functional teams to incorporate requirements and processes within the Workday system
• Provide technical support and oversee the configuration moves, batch jobs, and reports to maintain system continuity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
• At least 2 years of experience configuring HR applications, with Workday experience being a plus
• Experience implementing large-scale transformation projects in HR
• Understanding of project estimation methodologies
• Ability to organize and plan implementations effectively
