Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather system requirements and define functional specifications
• Create business requirements and system documentation, and assist in business process re-design activities
• Collaborate with technical teams and quality assurance to ensure proper migration of changes into production

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with core banking platforms in a back-office environment
• Proficient in ACH, Account Analysis, Wire, and other deposit functions
• Previous experience as a business analyst in a bank, Fintech, or related environment
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with technical associates and stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
