Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Technical Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle direct inbound calls from residential and business customers, providing elevated technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 issues, performing follow-up testing and escalation as needed
- Serve as the primary support liaison, offering recommendations and resolving customer questions regarding services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, and technical support
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with a minimum speed of 25 MB/s
- Candidates must meet all technical requirements prior to the first day of training
