Required Qualifications
- Hands-on troubleshooting ability with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including UTXO/EVMs and PrivateKeys
- Proactive and customer-first approach in a technical support role
- Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman is a plus
- Prior experience in technical support or startup environments is beneficial
