Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide remote support to users in telecommunications and related applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to end user inquiries and resolve issues related to telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and core business applications
  • Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
  • Maintain documentation of all activities and follow up with users to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
  • Proficient computer navigation skills with various software packages, including Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
