A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide remote support to users in telecommunications and related applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to end user inquiries and resolve issues related to telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and core business applications
- Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
- Maintain documentation of all activities and follow up with users to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
- Proficient computer navigation skills with various software packages, including Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
