Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, and proofread end-user and IT troubleshooting articles to meet customer standards
  • Consult with subject matter experts and project personnel to gather necessary background information
  • Create reports using the ServiceNow platform and Excel, and participate in team meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience, or additional experience in lieu of a degree
  • Prior experience supporting the CMS customer and understanding of the customer's environment
  • At least 1 year of experience using the ServiceNow platform for service desk ticket management
  • Experience writing troubleshooting articles for IT support teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
