Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread end-user and IT troubleshooting articles to meet customer standards
- Consult with subject matter experts and project personnel to gather necessary background information
- Create reports using the ServiceNow platform and Excel, and participate in team meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience, or additional experience in lieu of a degree
- Prior experience supporting the CMS customer and understanding of the customer's environment
- At least 1 year of experience using the ServiceNow platform for service desk ticket management
- Experience writing troubleshooting articles for IT support teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
