Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telehealth Patient Care Advocate (Patient Coordinator / Medical Assistant).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of contact for incoming patient inquiries, providing support and triaging medical questions
- Collaborate with clinicians and the clinical operations team to ensure timely handling of patient consults and inquiries
- Identify and escalate patient concerns to the appropriate team member as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in care coordination, nursing, support/hospitality, or customer service
- Experience coordinating with healthcare professionals, including doctors and clinic staff
- Commitment to reproductive justice and improving the patient care experience
- Proficient with web-based applications and comfortable with technology
