Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Patient Care Advocate (Patient Coordinator / Medical Assistant).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of contact for incoming patient inquiries, providing support and triaging medical questions
  • Collaborate with clinicians and the clinical operations team to ensure timely handling of patient consults and inquiries
  • Identify and escalate patient concerns to the appropriate team member as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in care coordination, nursing, support/hospitality, or customer service
  • Experience coordinating with healthcare professionals, including doctors and clinic staff
  • Commitment to reproductive justice and improving the patient care experience
  • Proficient with web-based applications and comfortable with technology
