Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the advocate for providers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide support through multiple channels including calls, chats, and emails, while triaging inquiries from healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and promote self-service digital tools to enhance provider satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with a focus on analyzing and solving customer concerns
  • Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified business hours, with potential for overtime and weekend shifts
