Job Summary
A company is looking for a Change Management Manager for Organizational Change Management (OCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management across the CAPPS program and measure change readiness
- Support system, business process, and role-based training using a train-the-trainer model
- Identify and modify department policies and procedures as needed
Required Qualifications
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years of experience in an organizational change management role
- 4 years of experience in a lead role for organizational change management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
