A company is looking for a Client Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for HHH Billing and Revenue Recovery clients, ensuring proactive communication and conducting regular meetings
- Facilitate onboarding of new clients and manage client satisfaction surveys
- Generate and analyze reports, monitor claim activity, and support special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Home Health or Hospice billing experience preferred but not required
- Strong foundational accounting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
