A company is looking for a Home Health Hospice Client Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for HHH Billing and Revenue Recovery clients, ensuring proactive communication
- Conduct regular meetings to review claim performance and address service concerns
- Facilitate onboarding of new clients and manage client satisfaction initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with client interaction
- Home Health or Hospice billing experience preferred but not required
- Experience with team coordination or light managerial responsibilities is a plus
- Strong foundational accounting skills
