Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Health Hospice Client Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for HHH Billing and Revenue Recovery clients, ensuring proactive communication
  • Conduct regular meetings to review claim performance and address service concerns
  • Facilitate onboarding of new clients and manage client satisfaction initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with client interaction
  • Home Health or Hospice billing experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with team coordination or light managerial responsibilities is a plus
  • Strong foundational accounting skills
