Job Summary

A company is looking for a Master Teacher for Grade 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructional content for up to 50% of scheduled time
• Facilitate weekly grade-level meetings to promote collaboration and alignment
• Provide direct supervision and comprehensive evaluations for teachers within designated grade levels

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in elementary grades
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
• Texas Teaching Certificate with a preference for Elementary Core Subjects certification
• Successful completion of Reading Academy for grades K-3
• Demonstrated commitment to using data to inform and improve instructional strategies
