Texas Licensed Prior Authorization Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure
• Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit requests
• Ensure accurate setup of cases, review clinical information, and perform outreach to providers as needed

Required Qualifications

• PBM - Prior Authorization experience required
• Call Center or high volume calls experience required
• Bachelor's Degree required, Pharm D
• Active Pharmacist license with no restrictions in the state of residence required
