Job Summary
A company is looking for a Multi-Service PA1 - Service Centre Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound phone calls from prescribers and members, creating Prescription cases
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client application discrepancies using multiple software systems
- Meet productivity, quality standards, and government mandated timelines while effectively communicating resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Prior call center experience with a multi-screen setup
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and type more than 30 WPM
- Accountable, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Availability for remote workspace audits and a reliable high-speed internet connection
