Texas Licensed Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage externally prepared income tax provisions and compliance
• Coordinate and manage tax audits, inquiries, and notices from tax authorities
• Provide guidance on financial issues, including tax implications of business decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five or more years of tax accounting experience (ASC 740), preferably in public accounting
• Three or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
• CPA/JD required
• Big four experience is preferable
